Chocoholics listen up… Pearl Restaurant and Bar, one of the most romantic venues in London, dedicates a special edition of its famous Chocolate Afternoon Tea to all the couples who desire to experience a delicious reinterpretation of this British traditional meal.
On February Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th, from 3 till 6 pm, guests will have the change to enjoy the exclusive Valentine Afternoon Tea: a help-yourself chocolate buffet, or better, a limitless pure chocolate bliss, which for the occasion features some special themes delicacies:
Pomme d’amour – Caramel mousse, apple compôte with pistachio chocolate
Rouge pearl tartlet – Redcurrant pâté de fruit, white chocolate mousse in a sweet tartlet
Fraise et citron – Strawberry mousse, pistachio and lemon cake with strawberry cheesecake popcorn
Macaroon passion – Milk chocolate and passion fruit macaroon
Délice de noisette et framboise – Hazelnut, raspberry and white chocolate mousse
Chocolat Arachide – Chocolate and peanut layer torte
Rhubarbe, chocolat blanc et pain d’épice – Poached rhubarb, white chocolate and vanilla mousse with gingerbread
Truffes aux chocolat – Dark chocolate truffle cake with sugar hearts
